How do I view my child’s photos?

When you received the information to access your photos, you may have found yourself at the main GotPhoto homepage and realised that there is nowhere to input your access code. Fortunately, there’s an easy solution that will get you to the store page quickly.

Please follow the steps below

Find Your Personal Access Code

Below you can see an example QR Card that should look similar to what you received from the photographer.

The two numbers in RED represent:

1) The website address you need to visit to access your photos

2) Your personal access code

STEP 1: 

Enter the website address found next to (1) on the QR Card into your web browser’s URL field, as shown by the red arrow.

Note: do not enter this address into a web search engine, such as Google.

STEP 2: 

Then enter your access code, found next to (2) on your QR card, as indicated here on the log-in page.

Now you should be able to see and order all of your photos!
